 At Origin Print, we take pride in our decades of printing expertise. Because our products - Stickers - are custom-manufactured to your specific branding, size, and material requirements, they cannot be returned or exchanged for "change of mind" or buyer error. However, your satisfaction is our priority. Below are the terms governing our Quality Guarantee:


1. The "Quality First" Guarantee

We offer a full replacement or a partial/full refund under the following circumstances:


  • Manufacturing Defects: If the physical material is defective or damaged upon arrival.


  • Printing Errors: If the final product significantly deviates from the final digital proof approved by you (e.g., incorrect text, missing elements).


  • Wrong Specifications: If the size, material, or quantity delivered does not match your order confirmation.


2. Issues Not Covered (Exclusions)

As these are custom-made items, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:


  • Typos & Design Errors: Errors present in the artwork or design that was approved by the customer.


  • Color Variance: Minor color shifts (within 10-15%) are standard in the printing industry due to the difference between RGB (screen) and CMYK (ink) colors. We highly recommend providing Pantone codes for exact matching.


  • Size Misjudgment: If the customer ordered the wrong size for their packaging.


Adhesion Issues: If the customer selected a material that is not suitable for their specific surface (e.g., using standard paper stickers on frozen or oily surfaces). Please consult our experts before ordering if you have specific surface requirements.


3. Claim Process

If you receive an order that is defective or incorrect:


  • Notification: Contact us via email at info@theoriginprint.com within 7 days of receiving the goods.


  • Evidence: Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or the discrepancy compared to the approved proof.


  • Resolution: Our quality control team will review the claim within 48 hours. If the error is on our end, we will offer a free reproduction/re-shipping or a refund .
